Award winning theatre production company, based in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a bright, energetic, and assertive person to assist a face-paced team.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Answer phones and direct calls
· Answer door and be first point of contact for guests
· Works with Director of Operations to manage all office administration tasks, including general, office and business supply orders, equipment maintenance, maintain files and oversee general office appearance and repair issues
· Organizing and keeping the office in order, including all shared spaces (i.e. kitchen and conference room)
· Utilize various company systems to ensure all essential and applicable data is accurately entered and updated
· Provide back-up assistance to other office staff to help alleviate workload
· Take outgoing mail daily
· Coordinate UPS shipments
· Assist with show merchandise: inventory, sales, ordering, and sales reporting
Basic Qualifications:
· Associate Degree or higher
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Creative and assertive problem solving skills
· Strong communication skills, verbal and written
· Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Additional/Preferred:
· Two or more years? experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility
· Theater or production experience a plus
Compensation:
· $25,000 salary per year
· After probationary period ? employee would be eligible to participate in employer?s health plan
