Room for rent in single family home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We are looking to rent a room in a single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. My partner and I live in the home. Must be pet friendly as we have 2 cats. The common areas of the home are shared including bathroom. We are seeking a responsible, clean and respectful person (Drama free). No hard core drugs allowed. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
